Processing Time

Most personalized orders are handmade and ship within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. During festive seasons, processing may take a little longer – we will let you know if that is the case for your order.

Shipping Across India

We currently ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2-4 business days after dispatch
• Other cities and towns: 4-7 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: may take a little longer depending on courier serviceability

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link over WhatsApp and email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Delays

While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to courier disruptions, weather, or high order volumes. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.
