Eligibility

Non-personalized items purchased from craftymom.in can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Personalized or made-to-order items are covered separately under our Refund Policy and are only eligible if damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email vidhi@craftymom.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will share return instructions and, where applicable, arrange a pickup.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we cover return shipping. If it is a change of mind on an eligible non-personalized item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange over a refund? Let us know and we will arrange it once we receive the returned item, subject to availability.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
