Before Production Starts

You can cancel or change your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as we have not yet started customizing or crafting your item. Message us on WhatsApp right away to request a cancellation.

After Production Starts

Once your personalized item is in production, we are unable to offer a full cancellation since materials and time have already gone into your specific order. We may offer a partial refund at our discretion depending on how far along the piece is.

Non-Personalized Items

Standard (non-customized) items can be cancelled any time before they are shipped, for a full refund.

How to Cancel

Email vidhi@craftymom.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
