Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. For personalized items, your order is confirmed only once you have provided the required customization details (name, date, theme, photo, etc). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if details are unclear, incomplete, or the item cannot be produced as requested.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but the price at checkout is what you pay for that order.

Product Accuracy

Because every item is handmade, small variations in color, texture, or finish compared to the photos on our site are normal and not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, and content on craftymom.in belong to Crafty Mom unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order itself.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Crafty Mom is registered.
